Your privacy is important to us. This online privacy policy explains how Local 150 (including related entities) and the Midwest Operating Engineers Fringe Benefit Funds (MOE) collect, share, use and protect information when you visit or use My150. This policy covers all of My150's services.

This online privacy policy is intended for a U.S. audience. If you visit My150 your information will be transferred or processed in the United States. My150 is for members (including Local 150 and MOE staff members), spouses and dependents who are over 18 years of age. My150 is not authorized for any other person. Local 150 will not have access to your benefit information, specifically, medical information known as protected health information or PHI. Your employer will not have access to any information through My150.

TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT

My150 may collect personal demographic and computing information necessary to deliver a safe and secure customer service experience. My150 may also collect information regarding your use of My150. When you use My150 through a mobile device, information may also be collected.

HOW COLLECTED INFORMATION WILL BE USED

The information we collect may be used to help in administering such actions as, but not limited to: processing welfare claims, pension benefits, pay your Local 150 dues, update your indicative information for both MOE and Local 150, respond to questions, sending important information about your Local 150 and Fringe Benefits to you, and for other non-medical related matters.

In some cases, My150 will be used to comply with notice requirements regarding your benefits or membership in Local 150.

My150 will not share the information collected from you and about you with anyone outside of the Local 150, MOE and those outside entities retained by the Local 150 or MOE to help them do their jobs. Examples of outside entities, which Local 150 or MOE have historically partnered with, that may be given information about you include the record keeper for the Retirement Enhancement Fund (REF), dues payment processor or doctors, hospitals and other medical service providers.

HOW COOKIES WILL BE USED

Cookies will be used to customize and save settings. If you would like to disable cookies, feel free to do so, however; if cookies are disabled certain features or the entire My150 website may not be available for use.

There may be links to other entities on the My150 website. If you choose to visit one of those websites, they have their own privacy and security policies and practices which may be different from the My150 website. You should review those policies if you visit them.

HOW MY150 SAFEGUARDS PERSONAL INFORMATION

My150 uses safeguards to protect your personal information, however you share in that responsibility:

  • Password protect your mobile devices.
  • Never share your passwords. MOE or Local 150 staff members will never ask you for your password.
  • Keep your computer anti-virus and software updates up-to-date.
  • Never access the site from an unknown computing device or unsecure Wi-Fi internet.

By registering and utilizing My150, you are providing Local 150 and MOE authorization of your acceptance of the Privacy Policy. Acceptance of this Privacy Policy authorizes Local 150 and its related entities to communicate with you via electronic, or other means for purposes laid out by the Executive Board and or the President Business Manager.
